Many know me as a Yogi, Wellness Warrior, and Busy Mama. I’ve been known to play super woman and over do it. I love my Green Juice and my Vino. That is the truth. I created a program that is not about deprivation or starvation; instead you can learn to nourish yourself with delicious foods. 

This program is different. I wanted to make healthy eating easy for you. This program will guide you step-by-step through a four week clean eating program. By following this four week  program you will get you the results you have been searching for. It is simple to follow, and the recipes are easy and fun.

In this one-of-a-kind program, you will learn the exact tools you need to feel refreshed, more alive and decrease unwanted inflammation that may be wreaking havoc on your happiness. I’ll teach you the strategies and tips you need to indulge without overindulging, and keep yourself centered, slim, and (most importantly) sane! You’ll discover new ways to fuel your body, simplify your schedule, alleviate anxiety, and feel amazing.

I’m on my last day of the detox cleanse and I feel fantastic. I have lost ten pounds! That has never happened to me before so easily and quickly. I did try to exercise every day so i recommend that including yoga twice a week. And I feel full of energy. I’ve even cleaned out my pantry and closet, things I’ve been meaning to do for so long. As a pilates and yoga instructor, I firmly believe that it is not all about what you put on your plate. You have to move that body in one way or another for true transformation.

We went away for our 10 year wedding anniversary right after finishing the detox. The detox was amazing, absolutely loved it. I felt so wonderful going into our getaway weekend. I lost 5 pounds that had been impossible to loose! Yes, while that was fantastic, it wasn’t the important part for me.
