During Yoga we move our bodies “in a flow” incorporating the breath toward a more meditative awareness. You will move through a series of stretches and strengthening body poses. We will cultivate greater mental and physical awareness, strength and flexibility.

Privates sessions are a great place to start. Sessions are done one on one tailoring the session to fit the client’s needs and abilities to ensure the best possible workout. Any and all Pilates equipment may be used during a private session.

Semi-private sessions consist of two individuals working together on all of the Pilates equipment or in a semi private yoga session. Individuals may request working with a specific friend or partner.

Trio sessions consist of three individuals working together on all of the Pilates equipment or Yoga Class. Individuals may request working with a specific friends.

About the Teacher

Monica Bravo is a 500 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. She teaches and mentors Prana Flow®, an energetic, creative full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. This style was founded and cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. In her classes, she emphasizes moving from the core, the heart and the inner spirit. You will learn how to move with each breath and how to embody the form of a pose in a flowing manner instead of tensing and holding poses that make you feel more rigid. In each class she helps us find new meaning through the chakras, tantra and yoga embodiment.
